Payroll Services Team Leader

Lauren is a highly experienced payroll team leader and joined McBrides in June 2021 when we brought our payroll services completely in-house and established McBrides Payroll Bureau Services Limited.

Having worked with our payroll colleague Tracey Courtley for 17 years, initially as an apprentice, Lauren is experienced in all aspects of payroll processing. With 19 years’ experience, she can help with BACS payments for net pay amounts and Pay As You Earn liabilities on behalf of clients and takes care of auto enrolment pension administration. Lauren is also experienced in Construction Industry Scheme returns, completing the returns with HMRC, providing the tax certificates to subcontractors, and advising of the tax liability and offset.

In her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending time with family and friends.
